Question 1

What does the transfer market look like for selling Delap and buying Walle Egeli in Gameweek 6?

Accepted Answer

A total of 28,846 managers have sold Liam Delap this gameweek - a volume that reflects meaningful market concern rather than isolated decisions. Meanwhile, 18,272 have moved into Sindre Walle Egeli as an alternative, though the exit from Delap is the stronger market signal in this pairing. Understanding what is driving those 28,846 sales is the key question heading into Gameweek 6.

Question 2

What is the ownership risk of keeping Delap over Walle Egeli in Gameweek 6?

Accepted Answer

Sindre Walle Egeli is currently held by 3.5% of FPL managers against 2.7% for Liam Delap. A 0.8 percentage point ownership gap means that if Sindre Walle Egeli returns a double-figure haul in Gameweek 6 and you are still holding Delap, you hand ground directly to that 3.5% ownership block. At scale, that rank movement is significant. The decision is not just about points - it is about where you land relative to the field.

Question 3

What is the budget impact of selling Delap for Walle Egeli?

Accepted Answer

Selling Liam Delap at £5.6m for Sindre Walle Egeli at £4.5m frees up £1.1m in your transfer bank. That freed budget can be redirected to a stronger position elsewhere in your squad, effectively making this move a two-stage value play: swapping Delap for Walle Egeli while strengthening another area. At 0.0 projected points for Sindre Walle Egeli against 2.7 for Delap, the model does not strongly support the additional spend this gameweek.

Question 4

How do the fixtures compare for Delap and Walle Egeli heading into Gameweek 6?

Accepted Answer
