Like all major AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), storing conversations is a fundamental requirement of providing an intelligent chat experience.

Your conversations are private and secure. We never sell your data to third parties, and access to your messages is strictly limited to essential system operations and resolving technical issues if they arise.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to operate and improve ChatFPL AI. Specifically:

• Service delivery: Your email and password allow you to log in. Your stored conversations enable the AI to provide contextually relevant FPL advice across multiple messages.
• Usage tracking: We monitor your message count to enforce the limits of your chosen plan (5 messages for Free, 100 for Premium, 500 for Elite).
• Payment processing: We use Stripe to securely handle subscriptions and billing.
• Technical support: If you report an issue, we may review relevant conversations to diagnose and fix problems.
• Service improvement: We analyse aggregated, anonymised usage patterns to understand how users interact with ChatFPL AI and make the service better.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
