Question 1

What does the transfer market look like for selling Lammens and buying Trafford in Gameweek 6?

Accepted Answer

A total of 66,179 managers have sold Senne Lammens this gameweek - a volume that reflects meaningful market concern rather than isolated decisions. Meanwhile, 31,451 have moved into James Trafford as an alternative, though the exit from Lammens is the stronger market signal in this pairing. Understanding what is driving those 66,179 sales is the key question heading into Gameweek 6.

Question 2

What is the ownership risk of keeping Lammens over Trafford in Gameweek 6?

Accepted Answer

Senne Lammens carries 9.7% ownership against 5.5% for James Trafford. Holding Lammens keeps you aligned with the majority - if they blank, you do not lose rank to most of your rivals. But that same ownership cuts both ways: a James Trafford return while you hold Lammens costs rank against the 5.5% who made the switch. Your rank ambition and mini-league position should shape how you weight this.

Question 3

What is the budget impact of selling Lammens for Trafford?

Accepted Answer

This transfer costs £0.1m extra, moving from Senne Lammens at £4.9m to James Trafford at £5.0m. That upgrade cost needs to be funded from elsewhere in your squad or your bank. The question is whether £5.0m represents a price point that justifies the outlay relative to the expected return differential. At 6.5 projected points for James Trafford against 3.0 for Lammens, the model backs the premium this gameweek.

Question 4

How do the fixtures compare for Lammens and Trafford heading into Gameweek 6?

Accepted Answer

Senne Lammens actually holds the better immediate fixture in Gameweek 6: Spurs (H) rated Easy, compared to James Trafford facing Arsenal (A) rated Very Hard. If fixture logic alone is driving the 31,451 transfers into Trafford, the numbers do not fully support that rationale this week. The case for this transfer may be stronger as a medium-term hold rather than an immediate Gameweek 6 punt.
